Then if we both agree there's more to discuss, we send in our Technical Business Analysts to do a more robust discovery. From there, you can choose next steps. And whatever those are, we have the tools to suit the task - the commercials, legals, project methodologies, governance and reporting frameworks, and of course the resources, from technical through to managerial.
We also understand you probably don't want to hand everything over to us to do without your direct involvement. You'll want your tech experts to be involved every step of the way. But they have day jobs. We can supply the resources to backfill your people to allow them to work with us at whatever level you want.
